Research shows that drumming can help improve both our mental and physical health.

Experienced sound healer Guy Higgins of Hands on Percussion will guide us through  a session of collective drumming which promises to be a really uplifting experience. Playing drums together is a powerful way to enhance wellbeing as it fosters connection, stimulates the Vagus nerve, improves cognitive function and can even boost immunity by increasing the number of natural killer cells in your blood ( that fight off viruses!!).

After some refreshments we will be treated to a wonderful sound healing session.
