Retreat Terms & Conditions

Deposit, payment and refunds.

Spaces are limited to 14 people. A deposit of  £100  is required to secure your space. Full payment to be made by 23rd May 2025. Instalment option payment plan available. To  set up by standing order for payment on 28th of every month. This retreat is non refundable I am sorry but it can be transferred over to a family or friend. 

 

In the very unlikely event of the retreat being cancelled all costs will be returned.

Insurance

As it is a short-term holiday it is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance for sickness, cancellations and loss/damage to property.

Limitation of Liability

Jaime will take every care to look after you well during the retreat; however, as always it is your responsibility to practice yoga within your limits, listening to your body and allowing for any injuries or health issues. If in doubt, please check with your GP if you are well enough to come on the retreat.

 

Jaime Doyle of Jaime's Body Mind Yoga cannot be held liable for any illness or injury sustained during the retreat.

 

Jaime Doyle of Jaime's Body Mind Yoga is not responsible for loss or damage to your personal property during the retreat or disruptions/changes to the schedule that are outside her control.
